Welcome to Wardelle. These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of our website, customer accounts, products, services, and online store.

By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, and any other terms displayed at checkout.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

Throughout these terms, “Wardelle,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Wardelle General Trading L.L.C – S.P.C. “Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to the person accessing the website or placing an order.

2. Eligibility to Use the Website

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website and place orders under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the transaction.

By using the website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current and that you have legal capacity or proper authority to enter into the transaction.

3. Customer Accounts

You may be able to create an account to manage orders, addresses, preferences, and account details. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and current information.
• Keeping passwords and login details confidential.
• Restricting unauthorised access to your account and devices.
• Informing us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account activity.

Wardelle is not responsible for loss caused by failure to protect account credentials, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice or an opportunity to clarify the issue.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, ingredients, dimensions, sizes, packaging, colours, quantities, and images accurately.

Packaging, ingredients, shades, sizes, labelling, or presentation may occasionally change without prior notice. Screen and device settings may affect how colours appear.

Customers should review the current product packaging, labels, warnings, directions, ingredients, sizing, suitability, and manufacturer information before use. If information on the website differs materially from the product received, please contact us before using it.

5. Health, Beauty, and Product-Use Disclaimer

Information provided on Wardelle is for general product and shopping information only. It is not medical, dermatological, pharmaceutical, nutritional, or other professional advice and should not be treated as a diagnosis or treatment recommendation.

Individual results and reactions may vary. Customers are responsible for checking ingredients, instructions, warnings, age restrictions, allergies, sensitivities, measurements, compatibility, and suitability before use.

Where appropriate, conduct a patch test and seek advice from a qualified professional. Stop using a product and obtain appropriate advice if irritation, discomfort, or an adverse reaction occurs.

Wardelle is not the manufacturer of third-party branded products and does not guarantee a particular result. This does not limit rights relating to a product that is defective, unsafe, misdescribed, counterfeit, or otherwise non-compliant with applicable law.

6. Prices, Currency, and Taxes

Prices are displayed in UAE dirhams unless stated otherwise. Prices, promotions, and availability may change before an order is accepted.

The final price, applicable delivery charges, discounts, and any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

If a clear pricing or technical error occurs, we may contact you before accepting or fulfilling the affected order. We will not charge a corrected amount without your agreement. If payment has already been collected and the order is cancelled, the affected amount will be refunded.

7. Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. Receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted.

Acceptance normally occurs when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly accept the order. We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons, including:

• Product unavailability.
• Pricing, listing, or technical errors.
• Payment failure or inability to verify payment.
• Suspected fraud, misuse, unauthorised resale, or unlawful activity.
• Delivery restrictions or inaccurate customer information.
• Legal, regulatory, safety, or compliance requirements.

If an order is cancelled after payment, the amount collected for the cancelled products will be refunded through the applicable payment method.

8. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include cards, digital wallets, payment gateways, or buy-now-pay-later services such as Tabby.

Payments are processed by third-party providers under their own terms, privacy policies, verification procedures, eligibility criteria, limits, fees, and payment schedules.

By selecting a payment method, you confirm that you are authorised to use it and that the information supplied is accurate.

Wardelle does not store complete payment-card credentials. A payment provider may reject, delay, reverse, or review a transaction in accordance with its procedures.

9. Buy-Now-Pay-Later Services

If you choose a buy-now-pay-later service, the financing or instalment arrangement is directly between you and that provider. Approval is not guaranteed and may depend on the provider’s eligibility and risk assessment.

You remain responsible for following the provider’s payment schedule until it confirms any cancellation, adjustment, return, or refund. Wardelle cannot amend the provider’s independent eligibility decision or account terms.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery locations, fees, free-delivery thresholds, processing times, estimated delivery periods, and reporting procedures are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Current free standard delivery eligibility is calculated using the order subtotal after discounts. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information and for being reasonably available to receive the order.

11. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, damaged or incorrect orders, refunds, exchanges, and cancellation requests are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable law.

Opened or used hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not remove rights relating to products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, unsafe, misdescribed, or otherwise non-compliant.

Refund timing may depend on the original payment provider, bank, card issuer, or buy-now-pay-later service.

12. Promotions, Discount Codes, and Gifts

Promotional offers may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, dates, product exclusions, minimum spend, usage limits, or other conditions displayed with the offer.

Unless stated otherwise:

• Promotional codes cannot be combined.
• Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.
• A promotion may be withdrawn or corrected before an order is accepted where an error, abuse, or unauthorised use occurs.
• Returns may affect the qualifying subtotal, free-delivery eligibility, bundle pricing, or gift-with-purchase entitlement.

13. Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful, respectful, and does not infringe another person’s rights.

You grant Wardelle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to use, reproduce, format, and display submitted content for operating and promoting Wardelle, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws.

We may decline or remove content containing unlawful material, confidential information, spam, threats, discrimination, obscenity, false statements, or infringement.

14. Intellectual Property

The Wardelle name, logo, website design, written content, graphics, photographs, layout, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Wardelle and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for lawful personal shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, sell, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

15. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to access another person’s account or restricted systems.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wardelle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from website use, delayed delivery, interrupted access, third-party services, or misuse of a product.

Wardelle does not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer rights.

Customers should follow product instructions, warnings, storage requirements, age restrictions, and professional advice where appropriate.

18. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Wardelle is not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruption, public emergencies, government action, telecommunications failure, labour disruption, supplier interruption, or courier delays.

We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and communicate material delays where practical. This section does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules or dispute-resolution rights, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from using an applicable consumer-protection complaint mechanism or mutually agreed alternative dispute-resolution process.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in our services, operations, payment methods, policies, or legal requirements.

The revised terms will be posted with an updated date. Changes will apply prospectively and will not retrospectively change an accepted order unless required by law or agreed with the customer.

21. Severability and No Waiver

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

A delay in enforcing a right does not mean that the right has been waived.
