At Wardelle, we carefully prepare every order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully packaged. Below you’ll find important information regarding our shipping process.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates.
International shipping may become available in the future.
2. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Abu Dhabi: 1–2 business days
- Dubai & Sharjah: 1–3 business days
- Other Emirates: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking information (where available).
5. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Wardelle is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is shipped again.
6. Delivery Delays
While we always aim to deliver your order on time, unexpected delays caused by weather conditions, courier services, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

7. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears to be lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
Our team will investigate the issue with the shipping provider and work towards the best possible solution.
